Hunting in Botswana

Botswana is known as the premier place to hunt big game and rightfully so. It has large unfenced concession with excellent opportunities for lion, elephant, buffalo, and leopard. But what no one knows is that Botswana has some of the best African plains game hunting on large tracks of farmland. We've also just partnered with a former botswana big game PH whose bought a large frm in Namibia.

In the center of the Kalahari lies Ghanzi, a farming community where cattle is king. But many of the farmers are changing over their spreads to game farming. These ranches run from 12,000 to over 100,000 acres. Here you'll find farms with a wide variety of game including duiker, eland, gemsbok, giraffe, hartebeest, impala, kudu, springbok, steenbok, warthog, wildebeest, and zebra. These farms are under-hunted and have excellent trophy quality and competitive prices.

Why hunt in "tame" South Africa with a McDonalds down the road when you can get out to the middle of nowhere for the same price? I lived in Ghanzi--still own land there--and know all the game farms and farmers. This is incredible hunting with real Bushmen trackers that will amaze you with their abilities to distinguish individual animal tracks out of a herd of 30 eland.
