The trip starts at Maun Airport where the guests will be met by thier guides. Then you'll drive into Moremi Game Reserve in the Okavango Delta for six days of exploring and camping. Then you'll return to Maun to experience the charm and innocence of the culture that makes the No. 1 Ladies Detective Agency’s a best selling book series thst HBO made into a mini series. You will learn about the culture, meet the people, and sample the foods with the world-class basket weavers, and shop for crafts in the markets of Maun. Then you’ll head off to a game farm in the Kalahari to meet the original hunter/gatherers, the San Bushmen, where you’ll hunt for kudu and other plains game with the world’s best trackers. While you hunt, your spouse/children gather. They’ll take a bushwalk to learn about edible plants, how to make fire with a hand drill, and find water in the desert. The gatherers will also take a trip into the town of Ghanzi to learn how ostrich eggshell beaded jewelry is made and visit a Bushman craft shop. The trip concludes in Maun before you catch an out-bound flight home the following morning.
